I. No Lubricant on Wire Rope After Equipment Startup
- Check if there is lubricating grease in the system
- Check if the flow control valve is fully open
- Check if compressed air is connected and operational
- Check if the lubricating grease delivery pipeline is connected to the lubricator
- Is the ambient temperature too low?
II. Lubricating Grease Does Not Flow
- Lubricating grease flow control valve not open
- Is compressed air connected to the pneumatic pump?
- Air valve not open
- Check for foreign objects blocking the suction pipe
- Is the lubricating grease viscosity appropriate?
- If the ambient temperature is 0°C or below, turn on the lubricating oil heating device (local supply)
- Replace with a lower-viscosity lubricating grease when the ambient temperature is below 0°C
- Increase air pressure to increase lubricating oil flow until the correct amount of lubrication is applied to the wire rope
- Reduce wire rope speed to ensure complete coverage of the wire rope surface with grease
III. Excessive Lubrication on Wire Rope
- Is the surface of the wire rope not cleaned properly?
- Reduce wire rope load, increase air pressure, reduce wire rope operating speed, and ensure flow rate
- Control valve fully open
IV. Pneumatic Pump Not Working Properly
- Check if compressed air supply is normal
- Check if the suction pipe is blocked
- Check if the flow control valve is open
