Single-Line Progressive Open Gear Spray Lubrication System

The VMAXX Single-Line Progressive Open Gear Spray Lubrication System is a high-efficiency oil-air injection product that combines advanced oil distribution technology and precise lubrication concepts. The system uses compressed air as power to pump lubricant through a high-pressure pneumatic pump to the spray gun assembly, where it mixes with compressed air to form an oil mist that is evenly sprayed onto the gear meshing surface. This spraying method not only effectively cleans contaminants from the tooth surface but also forms a uniform, clean, and long-lasting lubricating oil film on the gear surface, providing optimal lubrication protection.

Technical Advantages

The VMAXX lubrication system integrates advanced technologies such as sensing technology, digital network technology, computer information technology, DCS distributed control, mechanical manufacturing, and management concepts to achieve timed, quantitative, and unit-specific lubrication. It also features real-time monitoring, intelligent communication, fault self-diagnosis, and audible-visual alarm functions to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the lubrication process.
