The VMAXX intelligent oil and air injection lubrication system is commonly used for conveying chains in final assembly lines, painting lines, spray painting lines, electrophoresis, and electroplating lines. It can instantly sense the displacement of lubrication points and automatically spray a定量 (quantitative) lubricating medium to the moving lubrication points. The system uses a微量油⽓喷射润滑⽅式 (micro oil-air spray lubrication method) to provide precise and reasonable lubrication for equipment.
Working Principle
The system is controlled by an infrared sensing device, which can quickly capture signals from moving mechanisms through infrared sensors (response speed 300μs) and instantly output precisely metered lubricating oil to the parts requiring lubrication.
